    3-Speed Hub

use a 5 speed hub RX RK5 is what I used, so much better in ratio spread. Also pretty freaking bulletproof so far.

Zeda Dio setup on the home made bicycle

Got myself one of Robert Bianchi's Zeda cylinders modified for a Dio reed and running a 28mm OKO carb. After getting the porting to my liking and taking her for a spin all I got to say is HOLY SH*T batman.. She pulls so hard now. And looks great too, but I need to make a small manifold for the...

This thing is an absolute beast offroad. You can take it litterally anywhere. Still looking for ways to improve her further but damn if she isn't sexy.

My home built frame suspension bike gets color!

Got my 24 x 4" Fat tire and 24 x 2.5 double wall rim in, awaiting my Sturmey Archer RX-RK5 disc brake heavy duty hub so I can ditch the derailleur. Black rim and black spokes is the plan with a 20T rear sprocket the ratios will work out to be equal to a 94 tooth rear for first up to a 38...

https://youtu.be/smygCxVADDA Video of my prototype offroad testing. With the long suspension travel the chain system needs to be rethought before I can consider producing these.

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

I'm dying to get some footage of it on some off road bike trails. For one.. going 25 mph off road on a bike trail would seem insanely fast and I can hit that in a hurry.. jumping curbs and such doesn't really do it for me. As for the caster angle on the head tube or the rake... it's...

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

the 44 is honest 43.8 to be exact, but that was my fastest speed after a romp around town and I never really got it completely topped out. 50 is a ballpark anticipation.

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

unsure of what particularly is "horrendous" about it but "finished" is a relative term. It runs, it hauls ass, can toss you off the back in a first gear wheelie, and should be able to hit speeds of 50 mph, been 44 mph already not topped out. Graphics on the plastics, a paint job for the frame...

    79cc MTB official build thread

I was just saying swapping a stem would be easy if you used the triple tree style fork.

Are the HT kits suddenly... faster?

Wow I must be messing up somewhere then I had to work my ass off to get 42 MPH and now with a shift kit 44mph. ported cylinder, YZ85 pipe, stuffed crank case, Reed valve, PZ20 Carb I've never been over 34 stock and it had no balls at all.

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

how the seats and plastics are attached. 4 10-32 machine screws into the seat via Riv-Nuts I implanted, and a seat post I welded up. All the plastics snap and screw into seat.. You slide the whole deal into the seat post, and bolt the front plastics up to the tank. Done in under a minute, secure...

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

Thanks, and for the plastics I bought all Honda CRF plastics, tank, and seat from ebay. Chinese copy known as "pitbikes" The tank and the seat and plastics all screw into each other, easy bolt together. For the tank I drilled two holes in the upper tube and installed aircraft Riv-Nuts. This...

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

Money is an issue lol... I have so much I could do to improve it. Id like some good double wall wheels, disk brakes, good suspension, and really really low gears. Ill have worked nearly 100 hours this pay period when it's over, but as a flight instructor getting paid Hobbs time, I will...

"finished" my backwards spinning upside down suspension "dirt" bike

She runs, she's very fun. Been 43.8 mph which I feel I can still better. That was in 4th gear, I need more gear reduction and closer ratios. Also want to have a good air shock in the rear, and damped triple tree forks in the front. Want to redesign a more attractive looking swingarm, and run...
