I've had my kit on my nel lusso for 3 months at this point, I'm not new to the kit as this is my first and I've learned a lot, I'm still learning and want a 4-stroke because I am tired of having a two-wheeled hummer, chinagirl kit, chopper kinda guy.

Welcome to the forum, from what other members post about four stroke kits you should shop wisely. The clones with chain drive transmissions have been a big problem, you may save money on the kit but will spend it replacing inferior parts.

212 on a 2 wheel bike.I hope you spell my name right in your will. Giant or Sun are about the only frames I would trust with that much power.There is a brand named Phatmoto, but I have not been able to find one

How does it handle, and how high matainance is it?
With a 50" wheel base and proper trail angle of the head coupled with a Felt springer fork. Very comfortable at speed {35mph} and not wound out. The Brookes B190 saddle which went in and out of production is a huge asset to riding comfort.
Maintenance ? Modest I would say. Quality components lend them selves to trouble free riding. The SF80 engine mount allows for slack take up # 35 Diamond brand chain with minimal effort, and quality chain yields minimally. So goes for the #41 final drive chain.
Chain lube is experimental, but so far results a good. My Crock Pot chain treatment is, https://moltenspeedwax.com/

Those NelLusso's look really cool. Congrats on the build! I like how the rear rack is "already there"... it looks pretty beefy and as an added bonus, it strengthens the rear frame. Win-Win. Due to "The Great Big-Box Bike Shortage of 2020", I had to jump on the first red Cranbrook that showed up at the local Wally.

This will be a differing opinion than most, but the Predator 212 (stock) is a very smooth refined source of reliable power compared to, say, a 5hp B/S flathead. Almost every cart, bike, scooter, etc that I've converted to the Harbor Freight 6.5 has improved in reliability, smoothness and power. It's like the Cadillac of project engines. I think as long as anyone dots their I's and crosses their T's on their builds, should do fine with the Predator 212. Since the NelLusso and Cranny are almost the same, it does SEEM possible to fit a 212, but with some surgery. I'm going to target the seat post tube area, to avoid messing with the lower frame tube, which seems to me to be more of a "load bearing" part of the frame.
I can't wait to see which direction you go on the NelLusso build.
