Those bars didn't work out, and neither did the other bars I tried after them, but these bars....

Bombers come from the factory dirt bike oriented, but there's no reason it wouldn't make a great street bike. I'm a street rider so all the changes to date are street oriented. This bike, because of it's unusual styling was a little more challenging to perfect than usual.
The difference in this set of pictures from the last is the fenders. These are metal cruiser fenders, not that easy to mound on a Bomber.

The motor is rated at 4500w. The controller is 65 amp, and the battery is 72v 24ah. I've never noticed any problem with the tire slipping on the rim. I usually run about 35psi in the tires
Over 10,200 Paul. It's never run better then it does now. The only parts I had to replace was a swing arm bearing, sourced locally, and recently a new battery bought aftermarket on the internet.

After 6 years it was time for new forks, especially considering I never serviced them once. After looking at the possible choices available, I decided on a set of Fox 40 Performance Elites.
All I can say about these forks is the ride is unbelievable.

Cant passs 20mph!I got a bike phone holder to check speed ..and it wont pass 20mph!thats when it starts to hold back I've road it across town about a 15min drive and 15 mins back..around the block, store..38 tooth sprocket,throttle low and mid fine but the full throttle is what's frustrating me..i kno she got more in her!...did 16:1 one time due to the second time it was going lean or something and the gas was sucked up quickly..then changed to 20:1mix..still on..since I've put jet #75 it finally idles better and bike barely gets hot as it used to.. Not sure if I should try jets 71-74..I took the plug out and took more pics from the run across town and around the block..and I weigh 220lb

These new forks are really looking good.
Well I continue to love on your bike. The Fox shocks look great and having used Fox's on all my dirt trucks & some of my mountain bikes I'm convinced of their quality and performance.
