Alright, MCCR! Great to hear and welcome to the forum!

MBs. Is there any thing they can't do? (Aside from long steep hills? Sork)

I've been vaping since December 7, last year. I had maybe 6 or 7 from then till the end of January or so. The last puff on a stinkie was maybe early March. It tasted so bad I had to brush my teeth 3 times to get the taste out of my mouth. I love my vape. And the Nicotine is my social anxiety medication.
Congrats Nunya! A day that will live in infamy!

Woo-hoo 12 weeks of no smoking! Happy New Year to me - :)

Also vapeing a lot less. Was doing 30 ml a week, now about 15. Going to order up 12 mg/ml juice next time, now using 18.

New dog keeps me on the mile a day walking thing, just pesters me until I take her. Then we have to go to the dog park in the afternoon so I can do another half mile and she can run 2 or 3. Puppies!

We also have to do the fetch and tug thing, so she is working my arms as well.

Thanks.

I started smoking in high school when I was ~16. Stopped when I was 59. Forty three years of smoking, quit 4 times, still on #4. Thought I'd be like Pops who smoked till the day he died. Well when he lived at home. You can't smoke in the nursing home.

Feels good, I like it. I still love nicotine though and I think I always will. But this just has to be better, you don't cough like you did smoking and that sure means something.

Day 3 and woke at 4am wanting a smoke. Coffee time so kinda expected but really wanted one.

Kinda cool feeling like I don't "need" one. And 3 days is usually the pass/fail day for my runs at this.

Keep it up Dan. I am 4 years nicotine free in March, looked that up a couple days ago. Yep 3 days is the first milestone, for me 3 weeks was the next milestone.
