    Tougher tires for M.B.s?

My local bike shop buddy mike told me to use heavy duty tubes that are 2 mm thick and put about 6 ounces of slime in the front and back.In most cases all you will ever see is a little slime on the inside of your fender that will let you know you had a puncture. After going to this setup i have...

    Stiff engine

Make shure that the clutch shaft that the sprocket is bolted to isnt dragging. If it is you can remove the cable bracket that screws into the motor and spray some areosol greese into the hole this will help lube up the shaft from the inside it will also get rid of any squeeks caused buy being to dry.

Front Fender Problem on a motorized bicycle

I talked to a older guy that rides a cruser bike that the same thing happened to him on gravel at 25 mph.The solution is to loose the steel and go with plastic. All of the vibration in the world wont shake my fenders off.Plus they will take several crashes and never fail (trust me ).

    Fatty Tuned Pipe

The pipe i used was very simmilar only the header had a 180 degre turn that with a torch was easly pulled out and the pipe was perfect fit.The only thing i had to do was put a small dent on the inside to make it fit closer to the frame.I would also recomend that you weld all of the joints except...
