My setup for this holiday weekend...

Well, I'm going camping again to celebrate. Thought I would take some pictures and share...

Minimalist camping at it's best, no tent, no sleeping bag and no spare water. I have a LifeStraw and some Ramens, a camera with some extra SD Cards; also some little hacks I need to try out along with my trusty gold pan.

Nice setup. You would need to pull a trailer to carry any more than that. I was camping last night at Lake Somerville, TX. The flying bugs were really bad so we are back home tonight.

I agree on the trailer, I actually have one. I will be going up some hills though and didn't want the sail effect on the back of my bike.

Other thaan the bugs, how was the trip?

My Lake Somerville camping trip was otherwise very good, but I will await cooler temps before camping there again. There are some nearby camp grounds where the bugs are not so bad in the summer.

'Camping' by the pool and BBQ, then sleeping in a real bed today.
The only motorized thing used will be the Margarita blender ;-}
