Bike pedals hitting motor slightly

The pedals is hitting the inside of the pedal it is barely hitting. How can I fix this or is it fine to leave like this?

"If it is barely Hitting" I would take a body grinder and remove a little metal from the back side of the pedal arm.

You can also use that grinder to take a little off the inside of the engine cover.

PLEASE PLEASE ! all you need is a bottom bracket with a longer spindle- you can get a Chinese sealed BB on ebay for $10 or 20 for Shimano- measure the spindle and then get one another 5 mm- almost 1/4 longer. Probably 33mm longer would do even- your call.
