op roller hub diameter

I'm lookin at getting a mm hub adapter and before I have to go and buy a caliper to measure the hub diameter, I wonder if they have a standard hub diameter on the rollers. Do they all use the same hubs and has anyone installed a mm adapter to one already? I know that ill eventually have to get...
