help if its worth it

I was at the dump today when i saw this road bike... it was rusty, tires flat and stuff... i took it home and looked at it closer to see that it was a Chinese bike, from Shanghai from a company called "Yong Jiu" it is really cool ill post picks later. Its braking system doesn't use wires instead...
