Motorized bicycle newbie concerned about IL law for motorized bicycles.
Hello, I'm new to the forum. I currently live in the northern suburbs of Chicago. "The North Shore". I've looked around the forums for IL laws concerning motorized bikes and as I understand, I would need an engine that is less than 50cc and has a speed of less than 20MPH. Motorized Bike Chicago Law
Has anyone had any problems with police in Chicago? I know the general rule is 49cc and under, something like not going over 25 mph, and probably some EPA stuff. Is there anything else to look out for?- BloodOfAnAkrobat
