Good news, I got a Schwinn suburban at a bike shop, needs a little work

Here are some pics of the Schwinn Suburban I got for 80$. I've had to beat the rear brakes into submission, they're stopping power shows it's age, 30+ years. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, I hate computers, it won't upload a stupid, anyway, just google Schwinn Suburban it's a 21in. frame and is the sort of vomit colored green. also, is the list of pre installation maintenance really necessary, all the cleaning, and extra greasing.

Bad news, the rear wheel hub is to big so I would have to drill through the point where the spokes attach. Looks like I am on the hunt for a cheap replacement for an S6 Schwinn wheel. under $50. Suggestions on what type of whel are appreciated.
