Irish motorised bicycle laws

I Ireland motorised bicycles are counted as "pedal-assisted vehicles" meaning basically that so long as they've got pedals on 'em,then they're legal.One of my older builds didn't require you to pedal,but whenever the Gardai (Irish police) were going by I just cut the engine and cycled right past 'em.

TL;DR : Motorised bicycles are legal in Ireland.

I'm legal but it's a pain in the hole if they pull you over and start asking questions lol.
