Default My First OCC Chopper

This is my first OCC build, my second motorized bicycle. I switched out the front forks with another OCC that had front brakes and a 20" front tire. Also I reduced the seat post diameter to 1" so that I could use a 1" lay back post and this 13" coil cushioned seat. All of this so I could sit further back. Mine also has Bike Barry's motor mount, exhaust and chain tensioners. What a loud exhaust! Might tone it down with Barry's optional baffle. And I am using Creative engineering's sprocket adapter and 44t sprocket. Powered by a 80cc silver, this style bike just asked to be motorized! It is also very heavy. It is a smooth ride despite having no suspension.

Good job saetta!

There is one thing that will always remain a constant...MB's are fun to build!
