Well, the easiest route would be to find any old mountain bike or ten speed. Those are the bikes that the motorized bicycle kits were designed for. The next best would be an older beach cruiser type frame.

Most of the "modern" bikes have oversized tubing and Salvidor Dhali frames.

Not much of a list, hope it helps.

When choosing a bike in my opinion the first and most important thing is deciding what motor you will be using, center frame, rear mount, or front mount, ect. The motor will be a big factor in deciding on which bike to use.

Once you have decided on the motor you must be sure your motor will fit your bike.

After that I think it's all about personal likes and comfort.

What kind of bike do you like?
Are you comfortable riding it?
Does the bike fit you? Too big, too small?
What type of motorized bicycle riding will you be doing? Short distance? Commute to work? Riding just for fun? Just a project to build?
