Whats my HP on Jet Silver 80cc? Need to know the hp for secretary of state. And since I will likely say its an 49cc, what is the 49 cc hp?

Based on the performance of a stock motor, I would guess 2 hp.

Jet Silver 66cc/80 = 2.5hp-2.7hp
stock 48cc/49cc = 1.75-2hp
