What is the type of steel?
Stainless?
Galvanized?

Are you sure the ID is 1"?

its galvaized and yes im sure i just mounted a pipe off a pocket bike on my bike using it worked great

The OD of the Chinese 2 strokes is 7/8"
and I thought the OD of the pocket bikes was 7'8" too

Isn't it a loose fit?
How are you attaching the flex pipe?

I am getting some 7/8" ID stainless exhaust flex pipe

its really not a loose fit i got exhaust clamps to put it on and worked perfect the o.d. for my bike was 7/8 but the pocket bike pipe was 1" o.d. works great very happy with the results
