I Need Exhaust HELP!

Hello, I have a 66cc china motor on a 20" wheel setup. I just purchased a 27 tooth sprocket and I now looking for a pipe that will help me with more torque in the low to mid range. I know SBP sells a pipe, but shipping is very expensive and they are sold out at the moment. Also, I know that kings spockets has a pipe, but I'm not willing to spend $300.00 plus on his setup. Are there any other places out there for a tuned pipe? Any suggestions? Thanks.
