Help with a chain problem

I just got my 4 stroke dax engine put on my bike with the scooter guy shift kit. The only thing is that when I get into the 7th gear my chains clash together on the crank. How can I separate these from clashing. Its not a bad rub but its just enough to click together pretty good and Im scared its going to catch or break my chain somehow. Thanks for any advice!
