Default $15 Cruiser to $500 Motorbike

I picked up this old schwinn cruiser for $15 at a garage sale. It was in pretty poor shape esp the paint. I ordered a motor from Zoom. Bolt upgrade, tank petcock, teflon clutch cable from SBP. New Moon bars from AEbike. Seat from Walmart. A few various ny-locks etc. primer/paint, new steerer tube bearings. Final total cost was $264. It's already sold for $500. I still have to put the other chain guard on and tune it up a little. I wish I'd taken a couple pics of how bad it looked. The Motor mount mod I did really worked out nice. Had to straighten the exhaust out a little for pedal clearance. It was fun.

I just heated it up and took some of the bend out of the muffler. It burned off the nickle plating so I painted the header.
