Default DelMar fender fix

Everyone knows about the problem with the fenders on these bikes. To fix this I machined a slug from stainless to fit into the tube on the forks, I drilled and tapped a hole in the center for a 1/4-20 and cross drilled it so that the caliper brake piviot bolt holds it into the tube. Remove the L bracket, enlarge one of the rivet holes to 1/4", some red locktite, and presto no more weak bracket.

Please excuse the bad cell phone pics.
