Default New Guy / Looking for engine info...

Hello All!

im new here so first and foremost.. HI. I'm Scott, from MIlwaukee, WI

2nd..

i'm lookin to start a project, i have 2 motors in consideration, a Mac sx60 (or 60sx?) or a Mac FR44" both from weedwackers, however, i cant seem to find any info about these as far as size and what not. i thought mabye the 44 and 60 might have some bearing as to the size but i dont think thats it, especially since the 60 is smaller than the 44. hmm?

anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have no idea about either of them. I expect that they are model numbers most of the Whackers I have seen are between 20 and 36 cc. Have you tried going to the manufacturer's website to look them up.

Go to the home page and get all your numbers together. then try the manuel or parts list something might be in there.

take a look on ebay.. someone might have done your work for you in getting it ready to sell. I do that now and then when all else fails.

MCCULLOCH TRIMMER HEAD MAC 60SX 65 65SL 80SX 80SL 15RT - eBay (item 390050250735 end time Jun-06-09 16:29:00 PDT) it looks like this guy can answer your questions if he will.
