is it possible to have a key ignition on a motorized bike?

Here is what I found. Mounting it might be the hard part.

You would just cut the blue wire from the motor so you have two ends. Then one blue to one white and one blue to one white. Like an inline fuse it would work

I don't know how to make a link to e-bay, but here is the item number of a switch that has cooler looking keys. It is the same one I used on my bike, it has 2 sets of contacts.

With all the wires exposed to the outside world what is the point? It would take less than a minute to bypass the key switch. You still have to lock it up or they'll take off with it even if it is just pedaling. You gain nothing by adding the key. Just a thought.
