Default To Chop Or Not To Chop...

...or more accurately, to motorize or not to motorize. I got a classic J. C. Higgins frame in partial trade for a motorbike, & was planning on restoring it. Now, we have a rush order for a motorbike, & my partner doesn't want to take the time to track down a used cruiser frame. I want to restore the higgins and sell it as a pedal bike, or just keep it for myself. So...buy a Wally world bike for the frame and keep my Higgins, or motorize the Higgins, bcuz it is a frame we already have & save the money that we would have spent on a new frame? Any advice?

Thanks
