Default has anyone tried

I should have just posted this under mistakes aren't bad except this one was all bad. Has anyone troed to use a digital speedometer with a front wheel hub motor.

I think my problems were two fold. One I know the spokes on my hub were too tick for the magnet. then I think my motor's manetic field just blew the speedometer. If I really want one, I think I will have to put it on the rear wheel where the spokes are smaller and the magnet will probably work. But has anyone had any success with it.

I once used a Bell Brand Wireless speedometer and it went crazy. It freezes and eats the batteries. I also used a schwinn brand one that worked good until the wire messed up.

I'm not sure that the hub motor magnet had anything to do with it but I'm not going to try again. I think I will just stick with guessing lol.
