Help with gas to engine

Have this motor kit Gas Bike Storm 49cc 4 Stroke Bicycle Motor - Gas Bike Storm 49cc 4 Stroke Bicycle Engine Kit. Plugged gas tank to top metal tube via plastic tube and gas goes right in that tube on the engine and right out the little metal tube below it and onto the ground. Please help!

how many tubes are on the engine carb intake 1 or 2?
the gas line hose goes from the bottom of gas tank petcock to the intake fitting on the carb and i dont think it can come out again,but im not sure where you are saying its coming out of,because i dont have that engine i have a 2 stroke.
