engine bogs when i ride

just replaced the cylinder head, piston, rings, carb., muffler, and spark plug. I think it's the carb because it ran fine before i put it on. It runs fine till i get on and ride then i can only go 1/4 to 1/2 throttle then it dies. please help. my new carb has high and low screws. my old one didn't. carb is a walbro WT -608 for a goped liquimatic. on a G23LH engine.

also have a boost induction bottle. and a v-stack air filter. if that helps.....

if it bogs you motor is not getting gas read the instructions on the carb to tune it for your higher rpms the high screw might need to be adjusted
