Trike Hubs and Sprags

I have looked all around and cant find what Im looking for. I need to know the bolt pattern measurements on a standard trike hub or axle pawl/sprag. I want to use a larger than 5/8, 15mm or 17mm axle and therefore must create a "hub" to attach the wheels. Im hoping for 3 on 58mm or thereabouts. Any help would be appreciated. Jim.
