Default erratic/no idle

i suspect this idle topic has been beat to death here but since i'm a newbie, thought i'd ask anyway. my kit is 80cc. go fast chinese job, exactly like bike berry, gas bike, and most others offer. bike runs great for what it is, minimum amount of fiddling necessary to keep it running. but idle is all over the place and i know there's only speed adjustment screw, no mixture screw. carburates pretty well thru rest of operating range. what is going on here and any solutions? fuel fresh, plug fine, no air leaks i know of. is it mismatched intake gasket, something i'm missing? any help much appreciated

still sounds like an airleak to me...check your fuel hose,I was getting leaks there,I replaced it with 3/8 Tygon a little tight going on but it works great.
also check your float

Get yourself some oil resistant Permatex (I forget which color that is), put a bead of it on your intake and remount the carb. Most air leaks happen because it is hard to get that point properly sealed.
