Default Arizona - New Times Scooter Fest

Is it OK to take a motorized bike to one of these? I haven't been to one.
There is a band and it's free. Link is below.

I don't see why not. Scooter people don't tend to be overly arrogant about their rides. In fact I have never had any problem with motorcycle people either. The only ones I have ever had any problems with are the "serious" bicyclists. Stay away from those gatherings!

I agree. Bicycle purists are often more uptight about everything. Scooter folks are usually more open to mechanized contraptions. Moped gangs are the worst of all though, the arrogance of hipsters combined with the ignorance of youth make a nearly intolerable combination.

It's the spandex holding the the bad stuff in.

Baggy clothes bike riders are ok. A lot around here ride bikes cause that's what they can afford.

Not many mopeds or scooters around here, I live on the wrong side of town and too close to the motorcycle mechanics school.

I was the only motorized bicycle there (4-4:30PM). No mopeds either, but quite a few cool scooters.
