Default Horn problem solved

This will solve the problem of safety, mounting and placement of a "sufficient sound signaling device" Allowing one's MB to be both legal and safer.

Hey fairracing
I will soon have a set of inserts to mount handle bar devices at are 1" dia. to 7/8" bars. I don't know if they will fit that horn but I think they can be made to fit. I like that horn! nice score.
