Default LOUSIANA and motorized bicycles
I read the laws for Louisiana and Motorized bicycles and it seems to me that they are the same as if I were riding a Harley-Davidson???

1.Insurance
2.Registration
3.Helmet
4.ID with endorsement

Am I reading the law wrong??? I just want to ride my 45cc bike under 25 mph.... Anyone have any input?
