help with clutch parts

The clutch column shank keeps vibrating out enough to not allow use of the clutch when riding. I have to use the heel of my foot to keep it down when riding. Were can I buy a part to fix this? Its the rod(not sure what its actually called) that attaches to the clutch column shank that engages and disengages the clutch when pulled.

That has got to be the most interesting description of a clutch actuator I have ever read!
