Default Neck - Stem - Handlebars question

Hello everyone. I am thinking of changing out the handlebars on my 2007 Whizzer (NE5). What size handlebars fit - standard bicycle bars? What is the neck size? Living where I live I will have to order something most likely and I don't want to have to do it twice.

Thanks for any input.

Best regards,

Matthew

Aren't they regular sized bars?

Regular size bicycle bars, but has small holes to hold controls in place.

Ah..thanks. I stopped in at the local bike shop today and there is a custom builder there and he said that it would either take one of two different sizes - so I wasn't sure how to go.

I love this look - but not sure how practical/safe it would be
