Default Oil in mag cover

Have oil in mag cover leaking out of bottom screw took cover of there was oil resting in bottom cover. Mag looks dry . Is this normal??

Not really, you may have a seal leak.

How does the bike run? With a seal leak, it will tend to run lean...be careful.

Hard to start when it starts it dies trying to pull bike under power(stalls)

Yes, you have a seal leak...replace it with a new one....your seller will help you with ordering a new one, or someone here will give you a part number shortly.

That's a crank case gasket... not a oil seal.
