Default 4-stroke engine break-in

I just got my four-stroke working!! I'm excited to see what it can do but at the same time I don't want to stress it more then I should during break-in. I was looking around for advise on how to break it in, but I only found advise for 2-strokes. Anybody got any advise?

Not as critical with 4 strokes. Just don't run it wide open for a long at all in the first 10 hours and vary the rpm for the first 10 hours- then change the oil and have a ball.
