could I fit an 80cc kit on a bike similar to this? I can cut the frame and reinforce it otherways, just, can it be done? any one tried it?

With enough hacking and modifying anything CAN be done. It would be easier to find a 20" frame that is already set-up with the tube spacing to accomodate an engine kit.

The OCC Schwinn frame is a fairly easy install.

If you don't want the chopper style, just use the frame and add the parts you want.
