Angry conrod bush

Hi there ,Greetings from gold coast Australia.Any one know of a fix for the bush on an "80"measures 11mm internal 14mm external asked Zbox they sent 2 that didnt fit then said cant help!

Those bronze bushings will need to be honed to a press fit.

Then an oil hole is drilled and relieved.

Then honed again to accept the piston pin.

You'll need verniers or calipers at the least to do the job.

And a tool to fit the bushing.

Have you done any of this?

Motor was purchased from Zbox, how do you hone the bush ?I did measure with electronic vernier,tried drilling out the bush but it broke up.is it possible to get a needle roller bearing to fit?11mm X 14mm

Took the motor to local engineering shop sorted out for $20

18mnths later the engineers work performing flawlessly,Bob Garner Engineering,races Rotax,Ducati etc
