citation?

hi im new to this forum and my birthday is coming soon. I have convinced my parents to buy me a 2 stroke 50cc bicycle kit. I have no license and im 17, and i have a few questions.

1. with no paper work (registration ect.) if i was pulled over how much should i expect a citation to be?

2.Can i receive multiple citations?

3. have you personally received any citations?

call the sos and ask about pedal assist bicycles. if they cannot give you an answer then go by 50cc mopeds, puy a heAD light and tail light on it and register it.
