Hi folks, this looks like a great site. Just started motorizing an OCC chopper bike. I'll try to keep you informed on how things are going. So far so good !!!!

Good luck with that build! I hear there can be problems getting the chain aligned because of the wide rear tire. Check around the board because several people have solved that one already! Have fun!

hi i'm building a chopper out of a west coast chopper frame i'v got a80cc motor mounted i can;t build up the speed on the pedel side to start the motor please help me

i seen a picture of a west coast chopper bike where thay chain under the motor to the pedal sprocket and thats what i did looks good but to hard to pedal i might try to run the top of the chain over clutch part of the motor that might help i can email you some pictures to show you what i got going
