This is my Firmstrong bike that used to be my 2-stroker. I live in a very hilly neighborhood so I geared it to do about 30 on the top speed. With the pipe, 19mm carb, and gearing it has no problems going up any hill in my neighborhood around 22 to 25 mph.

19mm carb., Intake, exhaust, engine mount, Jackshaft, and clutch came from AGK.

I am currently knocking around an idea for a crossover jackshaft so I can add gears. I am waiting on some parts to come in so I an take more measurements.

Real stickers are cool, the kind that are weather proof and stay on are expensive for a run even if you provide your own vector art.

If you have a color printer you can print your own on sticker stock and then spray some clear coat over the ink, I did that for awhile.

I finally had to get some quality stickers and it ended up being 50 cents a piece for 50 rectangle (mag cover) and 50 round (clutch cover) stickers but I got them just down the street from me in a couple days and the drop dead model sales chick made it a pleasant experience ;-}

I am testing a special smart ink for the round stickers.
The 'default' cc listing is 48cc but it's supposed to change to the actual cc of the engine itself eventually but I have yet to see the change, they have all just stayed at 48cc, bummer huh? ;-}

Builder Stickers were the first thing I thought of when I started and I used just a printed piece of paper stuck on with light glue or syrup and gave it a clear coat hehe ;-}

There is good sticker stock out there, the problem is getting the ink to stick and stay weather proof, real stickers are different process than you can do at home with a typical printer.

Homemade stickers beat nothing saying you built it on the bike though.
