Teardrop Gas Tank
Does anyone know of a source for Teardrop style 2 or 2.5 gallon
gas tanks? I've seen some motorcycle tanks on Ebay, but they're
mostly too long and wide. I need one that's less than 17" long
with a 2.5" tunnel width. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, glad you joined us.
I do not know of a source for tanks. Most members here have fabricated their own tanks, you might be able to get one of them to build one for ya.
Or you could try something like this..... Boyd Welding LLC Custom Built Aluminum Fuel Tanks

Thanks, Guys I appreciate that. I guess I should have posted that question in a
different forum too. My bad, sorry.
I'm really glad to have found this group and I look forward to absorbing as much
info that I can. Thank you.

Re: Teardrop Gas Tank
These look really promising!
Buy a phatty for $350 and rob the motor/drive system, tank and whatever else off it! If they sell those tanks stand alone that would be really cool.
