Cool Ahoy... Howdy... and whatnot

First time posting on this site. From Corpus Christi, Texas and I know a couple other members on this forum. Been daydreaming about a motobike for some time now, and the wife finally lit the fire for me and got me an engine kit for Christmas. I'm looking for a bike to build on and will consult with this forum for advice and sharing experiences. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

On another note, I am a member of a surfing forum that has shown itself to be a great community. I hope this place is similiar in that regard.

Salud,

Rod Clark (a.k.a john galt)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

I've spent the better part of the afternoon browsing this site for additional info or possible pitfalls. I now feel sufficiently armed to search craigslist and local pawnshops for a frame. So the project has already begun, but I can't wait to start getting my hands dirty. Cheers!
