Default Tempe City Code

Police in Tempe, AZ, are apparently no longer looking at motorized bicycles as "motorized play vehicles". They now consider them in the same class as mopeds; however, the exemptions in ARS 28-2516 still apply.

Have the e-mail (with headers, to authenticate) for this, in case anyone gets stopped.

Default Re: Tempe City Code

That's good news. Tempe is a great place to ride mobikes for scenery, people watching and events.
Police have observed me many times, but never stopped me here in south Chandler/Gilbert. Cheers
