DO NOT use IE for the time being, there was an alert issued yesterday saying not to use it since there is a way "they" can get passwords and other things from your computer. Microshaft says "we're working on it".

You can download Mozilla Foxfire free, or others. I now use Mozilla, it's faster than IE anyhow.

Explorer always scared the heck out of me.

I have been a foxfire user for years. I also have a tiny little browser called OFFBYONE it has no java so isn't real useful but I like it cause it is fast and is bullet proof. It has no java and fewer open doors to my computer.

I used to be a big Firefox guy, but then I found Google Chrome. So much sleeker and faster than FireFox.
