What is the bolt called that holds the chain tensioner wheel to the chain tensioner bracket?

I made a really cool homemade tensioner, I will post pics and directions when I get it up and running. Should be way better than stock.

OR...has anyone replaced the stock P.O.S. chain wheel bolt with something else that works? For my new tensioner I need a longer bolt..just don't know what to ask for or if anyone had created their own.

Thanks, Dave.

It's a "shoulder bolt". I used a 5/16th's shoulder bolt to mount a skateboard wheel to the bracket, but I have no idea what size the stock bolt is.

newer tensioners having the circlip to hold the roller in place, no longer have the shoulder bolt since it would bind up on the clip - now they're using a too thin, smaller headed regular slotted bolt

I'm putting a spring-type lock washer there to lift an old-style bolt head away from the clip.
