Finally it is here. The engine hardware kit from SBP. Replaces all hardware on the engine except the cylinder stud hardware and the 2 engine case bolts at the base of the cylinder. All are Grade 5 or better. $9.95

Re: Hardware Kits for Chinese 2 Stroke
Nice job guys.
I'm curious, how many of these pieces does the hardware that comes with the shifter kit replace?

Re: Hardware Kits for Chinese 2 Stroke
The Shift Kit will replace the rear motor mount studs, the 3 sprocket cover bolts and 3 of the 5 clutch cover bolts.

Re: Hardware Kits for Chinese 2 Stroke
I have a suggestion. On many bikes the mounting studs that come with the engine arent long enough. Perhaps you could make the engine mounting studs longer.

Re: Hardware Kits for Chinese 2 Stroke
I hear that but let me add this comment. In my opinion, if you need longer front studs this is typically due to an over sized or elongated front tube. If this is the case I would recommend that a different front mount is fabricated anyway. SBP is working on one and it should be available soon.

Nice. Will it have built in vibration reduction? Sick Bike Parts is doing a good job of making these little HTs way better.

Re: Hardware Kits for Chinese 2 Stroke
It will but not using any sort of rubber or plastic, more of a leaf spring type of vibration isolation.
