I think most of the riders in this forum reccommend this:
Serfas E-Gel Cruiser Saddle - Men's at REI.com

but I personally prefer this one:
Serfas Lycra Full Suspension Hybrid Saddle - Men's at REI.com

It really depends on your riding habits and the type of terrain you plan to go through.
