Default ski steering

Has anyone had the urge to take your motorised bike out on a frozen lake . With studded bike tires for $80 each it might be within a budget . My thoughts were for a front fork conversion to a ski setup much like a snowmobile. possibly even leaving the front tire on . Head protection a must . Check out Ice Bikes on you tube looks like a rush .

that would be the rush part . Probably have to take it easy and kill the motor to slow down . May have to wear some cramp-ons and drop your feet . Didn't plan on going flat out on a small pond , just move around calmly on a oval track . When I was a teen my brother and I put a Briggs & Stratton on a Simplex frame direct drive ,no brakes and had a blast. It would work up to about 30mph . We did heal faster 40 years ago I will admit .
