hi first of all pardone my spelling on my first bike i had a problem with the chane clearing the fat cruzer tire. so i got a 1/4 in thick pice of plexy glass layd my sproket on it used a 3 1/2 in hole saw a 3/4 in hole saw a 1/4 in drill bit to make a spacer fits grate now and dosent come luse alinining the sproket is allways a pain but just tighten in a star pattern a little at a time. a 5 gal bucket makes a grate working platform and a strate edge to lay across the tire to check the sproket for wobbel is helpfull.

Welcome! Good idea with the plexi. But would preasure exerted on the plexi eventualy crack it? I've noticed that plexi can become brittle over time.

good point i would like to use aluminem but im such a tight wad i seem to think cheep befor pracktacal.hum lets se what time tels thanks
