bike junk

Man I thought I was the worlds best scavenger. Today I stripped out teh bike which I bought yesterday. It was a twenty inch huffy. I bought it just for the wheels, chain and the crank. I took the seat and kickstand before I junked it out. The only thing I didn't salvage was the frame. I just don't have a place to store frames.

I dropped it on the curb them went in to pay my final goodbyes to the sissy schwinn. Parted out you know.

When I got back with the schwinn frame about five minutes later, the huffy was GONE. Somebody had a use for that tubing or is selling it for scrap. With the price of gasoline how anyone can afford to cruise for scrap is beyond me.

well the saying goes "one mans junk is another mans treasure" i sure wish it would warm up so i could fire my bicycle engine up. it is making me crazy everyone having fun with theirs
